the other question i have is ... if this dna did not match the ramseys, why didn't it release them of suspicion if this dna can release him of suspicion?
Because they were able to prove that the manufacturer's DNA can be found within the panties...the other question i have is ... if this dna did not match the ramseys, why didn't it release them of suspicion if this dna can release him of suspicion?
You should have heard all the idiots telling Peter Boyles to apologize for accusing the Ramseys...Man, I strongly suspected almost immediately that this dude was a wierdo looking for his 15 minutes of fame.
Of course, Fox News and MSNBC fell for it hook line and sinker.
All they know is that it is from a Caucasian Male and it was from a cough or sneeze (or from the sicko putting it up against his nose and sniffing...) :shudder:

Its always best to withhold judgement, even when you have a suspects alleged "confession".
californiaHe's being extradited to another state (don't know which) on child pornography charges. He's not out of prison.
The Child Porn charges are not Felony charges. He will not be in "prison" he'll be in jail and at that not for long. They brought this man back to be released to the streets of the US....
Attempting to look at it any other way is working at being an apologist....
For that idiot DA who decided to waste taxpayer money to bring this idiot back here from Thailand just to have him face up to Misdemeanor charges in California...
No, and she didn't have to do that. Amazingly there is DNA tests in the magical land of Asia... Where they could test for a DNA match to insure you actually have the person before wasting money to bring them here. They could also have talked to the family to insure that the man could actually have BEEN in Boulder on that Christmas rather than with his brand new wife and kid in Atlanta at his Dad's house...Oh. I thought maybe was the fault of the liberals somehow.
Well, didn't he really have to do that Damo? If someone confesses to a murder, or strongly implies that they did it before the actual confession even, didn't he really have to follow procedure there? Even if deep down, he knew, no way , it's not this guy? It's sort of like, when you think about it, if a DA has a gut feeling that someone is guilty, we still want a trial! He could be wrong.
