obviously there is a difference.......in a court conviction evidence is presented and a trier of fact reaches a conclusion.....if a guilty plea is entered neither happens.....

just a couple of weeks ago there was a case here in Michigan where a woman pled guilty to being an accessory to murder and agreed to testify against her boyfriend.......he demanded a jury trial and was found innocent...

But it is a conviction either way. About 90% of all felony convictions are guilty pleas while trials are rare. Those are still convictions just like the guys who plead guilty to seditious conspiracy--only the process is different.

semantics.......the reality is different things occur.......no evidence of this "seditious conspiracy" has ever been presented....a plea bargain was entered into....demmycunts get to use their magic words in the press.......the defendant got some form of special treatment in exchange..........

Agreed--semantics. A conviction is a conviction. A lot of evidence of the seditious conspiracy has been presented. All kinds of messages before January 6 planning the insurrection, communications during the riot, supplies of weapons and ammo. What do you think those people were planning to do when they broke into the Capitol and attacked police? As they chanted, "Stop the Steal" and "Stop the Count." You think they just wanted to vandalize the Capitol and attack law enforcement for fun?
