Mask Mandate Doesn't Translate To Wearing Masks While Driving

Yes, it is, you brain dead teabagger, you spout the constitution of having the ultimate authority, then give examples of actions that were ruled on by the courts, that regulated those same actions.

Another "constitutionalist' teabagger?

Who knows nothing of the constitution, moron.

quite simply, you're just too fucking stupid and thickheaded to understand...........quite comfortable with your government telling you the constitution is what THEY say it is. the founders would have exiled or killed you.

I also noticed you FAILED to address any of the points I made showing you how stupidly WRONG you were

You're FOS, IDIOT.

So, why can't you own a tommy gun, or a RPG, or have a ton of cocaine, or several slaves, or own a cat house?

Teabagger "constitutionalist" are just brain dead.

You can own a tommy gun. Some people do. This WW1 era gun is considered quite a collectable weapon. Oh...and it's legal to own any automatic weapon. I have several RPG's. I also build them. They are used for display purposes in my case. You can own a ton of cocaine. You can even own and operate a cat house. Even the federal government did in Nevada for a while. Like anything else they touch, it couldn't make a profit any longer and went out of business. Others have opened up in it's place that are privately owned. Slavery is not legal in the United States. See the Constitution.

1. you should be able to.
You can own a tommy gun or any other machine gun. Some people do.
2. thats a destructive device, that can be restricted.
Under what authority? Not the Constitution! See the 2nd amendment, which specifically prohibits the federal government and any State government from passing any law limiting the people's right to bear arms.
3. you should be able to have the FINEST cocaine avail without gov interference.
Correct. Coca-Cola does, in fact, own tons of cocaine. It's a waste product. Thet generally get rid of it by incineration.
4. only sexual and by mutually agreed to upon terms terminatable at any point. (not race or sex based)
Nope. Slavery is not legal in the United States. See the Constitution.
5. should absolutely be legal.
Owning and operating a house of prostitution is legal. Whether you can own and operate one in your State is State law, determined by your own State constitution. In Nevada it's legal.
seems you are a fascist.
Bingo. That's exactly what he is.

BUT, you can't, MANDATED into law by the court.
No court has the authority to change the Constitution.
Because of abuse of the above mentioned.
Define 'abuse'. Murder and assault is already illegal, with certain exceptions, such as self defense or defense of your property or of others.
Seems you're a sandinista.
I don't think anyone in this conversation has anything to do with Nicaragua...except your mentioning of it.

No court has the authority to change the Constitution. See Article III.

and you can't see that where it says 'shall not be infringed', yet the government does it, that's defining the limits of their own powers?

that not only makes you stupid, but it makes you a slave.......worse than a serf. A failed American that the founders would have exiled

How is the government infringing on the ownership of the musket or flint lock long rifle, moron?

Not true, everyone can't, it's not the law of the land, only in certain states.
Not working RPG's as originally intended, they have to be modified.
Cocaine? You're brain dead.
Cat houses, in one state only, not the law of the land.
Slavery? Nearly a 100 years, after the constitution was written,1865 13th amendment ended slavery.

So, according to you, all these actions are illegal, right?
After all, they aren't in the original constitution.

The Parrot Boy is quite amusing, isn't he?

2+2 = 4, in teabaggerland, Dotard could claim it =5 and teabaggers would swear it was true.

So, NOT ANYWHERE close to teabaggerland, would be reality.

That 2 + 2 can equal 5 is a famous claim of the Regressive Left.....Trump and the Rebellion always knew better.

you can't be that stupid to ask these questions, can you? that's rhetorical, by the way.

1. you can own a cathouse....at least in Nevada, outside of Clark County...or didn't you know that?
2. A person can own a tommy gun........as long as it meets the unconstitutionally enforced criteria.....did you not really know that machine gun possession is still legal? that's because an outright prohibition would be too far over the line for a government to get away with in these times.......
3. If it took a constitutional amendment to ban alcohol, then another constitutional amendment to make it legal again, how does the government get away with writing a simple law called the controlled substances act that allows an alphabet agency to dictate what people can and can't possess?????
4. slavery was done away with via the 13th Amendment..........or didn't you know that as well?

you seriously need to stop listening to the authoritarian talking points of the Democratic party and stop drinking the koolaid of the oppressive government officials just because they give you a reach around while they fuck you in the ass.

hilariously ironic, considering you don't know what the constitution does in the first place

See post 153 Trump U. grad. "genius".
