With this, even criminals that otherwise would not pay taxes pay, let's say we have Al Capone buying a fleet of cars, he would have paid taxes and wouldn't have spent time in prison for tax evasion... for one example.

I get that sone skinflint Richie Rich might hoard hotdogs and wash his plastic utensils and live like a hermit, but in reality the rich would buy things, they'd pay their "fair share"...

Anyway, I'd say most folks would be willing to let the folks collecting welfare checks off the hook...
