No evidence White House involved in ‘Fast and Furious’

Facts:
Assault rifles found on site used by those that killed agent
Assault rifles were from F&F
Assault rifle bullet is what killed agent
Assault rifle bullet that killed agent is too badly damaged to determine for sure which weapon it was fired from

Democrats response:
There is no proof he was killed by a F&F weapon.

By your response Rana, there is no way a conviction could ever occur because you can never match the bullet to any gun.

Come on Jarod... above is the post you quoted... what part of the above is an 'attack' on assault rifles or the 2nd?

When you get down to it, the DOJ and ATF allowed crimes to occur that otherwise should not have occurred. It doesn't mean that the government acted illegally.

They committed the crimes. Whether a F&F rifle was used to kill a border patrol agent or not is (to me) irrelevent, especially when compared to the complicit act of selling guns to violent criminals.

Behold our "lover of life" Damo crassly using those self same "dead brown people" to help him belittle Liberals on his message board.

Using the dead to belittle others...it's what conservatives do.

LOL. Wow.

It is literally a quote copied from a liberal talking about how republicans don't care about "brown people" when talking about some wars we were in... I know for a fact that Darla caught that, and it irritated her. Can you guess whose quote it was?

Here is yet another case where sf throws out a false claim, is shown to be wrong, and pretends he never said it. Amazing. You know if you stand back and don't let him drag you into it, it's quite entertaining to watch.

Actually emo... I hate to ruin another of your spaz moments, but what I stated is correct. He added to what I stated. Which is also correct. I know these things get really confusing for you. Perhaps you should declare another 'I am leaving the board forever and ever' moment and then come back once you get your emotions under control.

You nailed him!

Are you serious? I didn't even notice it and it definitely didn't irritate me.

What crimes did they commit? They allowed guns to be sold to straw purchasers. I'm with you as far as your claim that such purchases would have been prevented if not for AFT/DOJ intervention, but I don't know that that is a crime. Beyond that, I don't see anything that could be construed as the government committing any criminal act.

Lobbying is not a bribe, because we say so. Even though we all know it is.

We will call smuggling 'gun walking' because smuggling is wrong.

We will pretend that handing a murderer a loaded weapon doesn't make us complicit when said murder pulls the trigger.

We will knowingly sell weapons to people who otherwise would not be able to purchase them, knowing that the guns will go to criminals in Mexico, won't tell the Mexican government and then when the known criminals go around using those guns to kill people we can proclaim 'gee, I don't think that was illegal.'

SuperCandy blames the gun and the President but not the guy who pulled the trigger!

No, they didn't. When the buyers went to purchase said guns, on multiple occasions the NICS (background) check came back as a DO NOT SELL. The ATF then ordered the shops to sell anyways.

But even if straw purchases were the entirety of the operation (they comprised a small minority), they STILL would be breaking the law because straw purchases are illegal and allowing them to happen is a violation of federal law.

And that doesn't even touch the whole "letting them cross the board to the hands of paramilitary groups" thing.
