How do you know Assad used Chem weapons?

It is obvious that chem weapons were used... but WHO did it? How were they delivered? Who had control of those weapons two months ago?

The dumbest thing is to deny a logical explanation and go for the feel-good Kumbaya cartoon version of reality. Off the top the only secular leader in the ME, that wasn't a "strong man", I can think of was Mosaddegh & "we" got rid of him cause he wouln't do our bidding..... You get a strong man in there & will do what is in his own best interest, you know, kinda like rumpf.....

The Gulf Monarchies have some of the highest immigration rates in the world. The UAE in particular is has the most immigrants as a percentage of its population of any country in the world, at over 80%:
