I almost threw up, when G. Gordon Liddy and Chris Mathews on MSNBC were giggling like school girls over Bush's crotch in the cod piece during Mission Accomplished.
I notice he isn't kicking. I can't say it turns my stomache. I guess hanging with my transexual friend makes it easy to view such stuff.
Chris isn't much of a Bush fan.
Now...he was at one time.
Mathews is a fan of political theater. The nuts and bolts of politics. He's a political junkie.
At the time, he thought the Mission Accomplished performance was great political theater.
Personally, it made me throw up to see these guys commenting on bush's crotch.

Look, I know a hetero cross dresser, and it doesnt make him crazy, but most men are not going to deal with this. In fact, the one I know is very smart, but, also has a macho hang-up, big time. I think these guys just do, and I think if their sexuality is repressed enough (and hetero cross dressing is very sexual, it is sexual), then that can get worse.
Whatever the facts of the matter are, this guy is not getting elected with pictures and videos like this out there. The only one I've even seen on tv is the one with donald trump, and even though the pundits were laughing, they're not laughing in the base. And these additional pics have not been used by his opponents yet, but they will be, and it really wont' matter what the facts about cross-dressing heteros are. It just won't.
I've got nothing personal against cross-dressers.
But, it's like looking at highway roadkill. It's NOT pleasant to look at. It's digusting to see a half-naked man prancing about dressed as a show girl.
There is something stomach-churning about it. Though, it's very intolerant to admit to it.

There is an awful lot of homoerotic stuff that goes on in those DC Republican circles. That's why they never have a sex scandal involving a woman.
I freely admit, that this picture of Rudy turns my stomach. It doesn't make me hate cross dressers. I don't know if that's intolerant, or what. I just know it makes me physically ill
He is far more strongly a fiscal conservative. He voted for the Balanced Budget Amendment (one of the things I find I am very strongly for), and has a much more fiscal conservative record than almost anybody in Congress currently. I also like that he has a record in Federal Government to point to.
It seems more of a mockery than a promotion, but I don't really care.
That transexual friend, I have known him/now her since kindergarten, has far less chance of "passing" than Rudy does in that picture. It just is a bit too pedestrian for me. Joking around with such stuff isn't going to chase me off. And those religious freaks who wouldn't vote for him already wouldn't.

Well, I don't know if it makes me intolerant damo. But, I wouldn't have supported Howard Dean in 2004, if he had a history - documented in pictures - of cross dressing, dancing in show-girl shows, and wearing padded-bras.
I'm not "supporting" him, I am suggesting that the RR may not be as strong as you think. I am suggesting that specifically much of this is known already about Rudy and still he lingers as the "front-runner". (BTW - Early front-running almost always is an indicator that they will not be the nominee...)
What I am "suggesting" is that you may have to face somebody who is a fiscal conservative and not necessarily in bed with religion. That the R Party may just surprise itself.

I don't expect many hetero men would be comfortable and not disgusted with these pictures. It's a little off-putting to me too, but not to the point where I want to vomit. But I think it's to be expected. It's weird, because it wouldn't freak me at all if it was a gay man. I just have never been able to know what to make of the hetero cross dresser, even knowing one.
