C'mon, let him go through the whole thing. First he has to go through all the allegation stuff where he learns that allegations are not evidence. Once he goes through all that, then he will research and find the consent decree stuff. He probably hasn't gotten to the part about the case getting dismissed yet, give him time to catch up.

Racism is a choice.. and usually involves ignorant losers. I think they are a minority in the US, but they are still too many.
DemocRATs treat jews (an antichristian movement) and homos (a perversion) as a race. By treating them as a race, they claim these groups have a right to existing race-based protections. And, by treating them as a race, they get to pretend that criticizing these groups for their behavior equals criticizing them for their race.
The culture may change, but Hell is still the eternal destination of jews and homos.
Lefties are doing their best to remove race from racism. They want the politically charged word to use as a political weapon, but they do not want the hassle of having to substantiate racism allegations.
