should have gone with a hottub bro.
Next is the bathrooms, I'm upgrading them all, they'll all have spa tubs, one is going to be fabulously large too...

I like electric convection myself, but it is all in what you are use to using.
elite level my ability permits.
A gas stove? For shame...
Seriously though you should consider formica instead of granite.
Sticking you head in an electric oven does not work when your presidential candidate loses.
gas stoves are actually more elite. you'll notice most cooks and stuff will use them instead of electric. they give you greater control over temperature and heat intensity.
We've chosen to make a dining area rather than a larger kitchen. No island because there will be no room for one.
So.. I'm going to be totally refurbishing and upgrading my kitchen from top to bottom.
Basically this is my list currently:
(What we've done already: Purchased the new appliances, got gas line installed for new oven/range.)
1. Strip out cabinets and appliances.
2. Strip out the linoleum.
3. Paint the walls
4. Add new lighting.
5. Flooring (tiles)
6. Drop electricity down for new oven (takes 110 rather than 220 as it is gas)
7. add venting for new oven/range (may not have to)
8. Cabinets
9. add in the appliances, measure for new granite
10. pull back out the appliances
11. add granite
12. backsplash
13. install appliances (first time was just for measurements, not installed)
Then we're done.

If my wife and I give up our condo for a house I wil definately have one. They are the cats meow if you like to cook. We've chosen to make a dining area rather than a larger kitchen. No island because there will be no room for one.

Some of it even legal too!Man, if you were in the area I could get you such deals on everything.
I disagree. Electric ovens are better for baking and roasting and broiling. Gas stoves tops are better for frying, sweating, sauteeing, boiling, steaming, et, because you have direct application of the heat that you have a greater degree of control over.Gas stoves and ovens cook better then electric ones.
Some of it even legal too!
and some of them are legitimately employeed too!Legality is a gray area in so many things. But the fact that I worked as a contractor for 10 years, and my father 35 years before that, means I know more than a few people.
