That doesn't address how the tech world and elite higher education are still considered racist institutions. These places aren't being run by uneducated people from the sticks.

What areas have less racism than others?

then you need to be more specific about things like racism.........for example, does your claim of 'institutional' racism extend to all people of a particular race? or just ones who don't believe in specific political ideologies? religion? sexual orientation? gender?

Right, a lot of them also aren't White Christians.

An awful lot of Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Agnostics & Atheists in college & tech.

Hmm, I think Polish people suffer some of the greatest Institutional racism of anybody by the USA.

Like dumb Polak jokes which wouldn't be acceptable against minorities.

Unrightfully blaming Poland for the Holocaust by tons of media & outlets.

Biden calling Poland totalitarian.

Trump signing a law passed by most in Congress to get Poland to pay Jews compensations

Why do so many people P.O.C., some of whom risk life and limb, come to the U.S. if we are a fundamentally racist society? Is the rest of the world that bad that it's still worth coming to a country as racist as ours?

The suburbs also tend to be more conservative. As a rule, the more density, the more liberal people become. That is a loose rule, but it's a good guideline.
