SHE DID NOT TESTIFY TO WHAT HAPPENED IN THE CAR. SHE TESTIFIED TO WHAT SHE WAS TOLD HAPPENED IN THE CAR. THE TESTIMONY ABOUT WHAT SHE WAS TOLD...IS NOT HEARSAY.

There is no way any prosecutor could (or would try to) use that to establish what actually did happen in the car, but she certainly would be allowed to testify to what she was told happened.

Trump is a fucking moron...and so are his supporters. It probably happened. And I expect at some point, one of the Secret Service people will testify that it happened substantially the way she was told...and do it under oath.

What Hutchinson testified to WAS NOT hearsay. She testified that Ornato told her that an altercation of some sort had happened in the vehicle. THAT WAS NOT HEARSAY, BECAUSE ORNATO DID TELL HER THAT. She DID NOT testify that the altercation happened, just that she was told by Ornato that it did. THAT IS NOT HEARSAY, MORON.

She also was asked if Engel was present when she was told that story by Ornato...to which she replied that he was. THAT ALSO WAS NOT HEARSAY, MORON. He was present...and she can testify to that. Then she was asked if Engel disputed the story in any way...and she testified that Engel did NOT dispute it or correct it in any way. AND THAT WAS NOT HEARSAY.
