Sex tape shame of dethroned Miss California

I think the difference is between masturbating in private as opposed to making a tape and sending it to someone. I'm not saying the latter is wrong. It's just difficult to reconcile one doing the latter while putting on a religious, family values face. Also, I believe there is a topless picture floating around. Again, there is nothing wrong with that except it doesn't jive with the religious, family values facade. That's the hypocrisy.

Hypocrisy: 1. a pretense of having a virtuous character, moral or religious beliefs or principles, etc., that one does not really possess.
2. a pretense of having some desirable or publicly approved attitude.

Hypocrite: 1. a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.
2. a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, esp. one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements.

Conclusion: Ms. Carrie is a hypocrite.

Ms. Carrie is not only a hypocrite, she's a liar. The number of sex tapes she made has risen to eight.

Apparently the one mistake of her life was actually eight big mistakes.

"Days after Carrie Prejean admitted that she participated in a sex tape and called it "the biggest mistake of my life," seven additional such videos — all "solo performances" — have surfaced starring the dethroned beauty queen, radar.com reports.

In addition, the Web site says that 30 photographs of Prejean have turned up of the topless and fully nude variety, "most taken by Carrie using her reflection in the mirror." Allegedly, in one clip, a moaning Prejean wears "just a flowing white blouse," touching herself suggestively.

It's been a fun week for Prejean. On Wednesday, she threatened to walk off mid-appearance on "Larry King Live" when Larry King asked about her settlement with the Miss California USA pageant. She had accused the pageant of libel, slander and religious discrimination — and reports suggest that she backed off the suit after her first sex tape was discovered.

"I'm going to leave," Prejean said on the show, disconnecting her mic. "I think you are being extremely inappropriate right now, and I'm about to leave your show."

Yeah. Imagine what she'd say to inappropriate Larry if he made eight sex tapes."

One can be religious and masturbate, it's not all that hypocritical. One can believe gays shouldn't be allowed to marry and still masturbate and that's not hypocritical. If you're out preaching don't masturbate and then you get caught masterbating well that would be hypocritical.

Setting aside any criticism of hypocrisy, she breached a contract with a morals clause in it.

She was in deep from the get-go and never did the right thing by withdrawing. One can say she's young and naive, but she's learning a hard lesson about the real world.

Carrie's contract, page 5, section 4b.

Oh, she knows the real world. She talks about being "persecuted" by certain people but if that was so terrible she would lie low. Instead, she is utilizing the notoriety to make money.

She's been on any talk show that will have her. As one guy commented she will have her 15 minutes and be gone. She has had to kiss all the lucrative contracts stemming from the Miss California title good-bye The only thing she will be sponsoring are porno sites. HAHAHAHAHAHA

She's definitely no innocent victim. That comes across in every interview.

EDIT: The only reason she keeps saying the tape was the biggest mistake is because she won't be making money from that one

Ok. Who in this world isn't a hypocrite then? Lord knows I'm one. Does anyone on this board think they aren't a hypocrite in their life?

I'm not all that religious but I am a Christian and chrisitianity teaches no one is perfect and people do sin. A 17 year old made a mistake. Oh no.

I have no vested interest in this woman other than I think she's hot and would love to see the video (well if she's 17 and I could go to jail then maybe I don't). She's religious and she filmed herself masturbating. Seems like there are a lot worse things out there.

I could care less if she's Ms. California or not. I have no dog in that fight.

She never lied about anything. She did not disclose a video she made of herself, by herself. Was that wrong? Given the nature of the video, yes. Is this more about the fact that she has an opinion about homosexual marriage that assholes don't like? Yes.

She was a runner-up in a beauty pageant; not the fucking sitting president of the US who used his power over a young woman to fuck her in the WH.

This woman is a complete loser.

If you go back and listen to her answer that started all of this "self" exposeur she thought Gay Marraige was legal nation wide.

Shes pretty and pretty stupid.

Apparently they all were made after she was 21 or so. She called the ex and demanded that he say she'd only been 17 at the time, but the truth was he didn't even meet her until after she'd turned 20.

She was asked a question and she answered it honestly. BFD!!

Oh pulllleeeezzze, she sent this to her boyfriend with whom she thought she was in love. I am sure she's not the only one who has done this. Religious and family values don't have a damn thing to do with it. It's just a witch-hunt by the left who are the real hypocrites.

Read pages 9 and 10 of her contract. If she had come clean in the beginning, maybe she wouldn't have had all these problems.

AN ANSWER OF 'NO' MAY NOT NECESSARILY LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION. HOWEVER, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT LICENSEE AND MISS UNIVERSE ARE AWARE OF SUCH INFORMATION. YOUR FAILURE TO ANSWER TRUTHFULLY MAY LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION EVEN IF THE UNDISCLOSED INFORMATION WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE RESULTED IN DISQUALIFICATION HAD THE APPLICANT ANSWERED TRUTHFULLY.

Masturbating is immoral????? JHC

Don't you get it that when she took pageant officials to court it stopped being a moral issue and breach of contract took precedence? She willfully lied about her past when she signed, and then she tried to extort the officials out of $1 million due to "libel, slander and religious discrimination". How did she even think she'd get away with this?

She's lucky she didn't get counter-sued for a lot more than the price of her implants.

Apparently it's not one tape. And topless pictures? And why write a book now? Why promote a book when it's obvious the promotion/the interest is based on her having made a tape.

We all saw her response to the marriage question. Surely no one is buying the book to gain further information about that.

Let's look at the whole picture. Breast implants. Masturbation tape(s). Topless photo(s).

If that's Christian values the Muslim's better start worrying about their religion falling by the wayside. :cof1:

The hypocrisy is similar to a PETA spokesperson wearing a fur coat. Nothing wrong with wearing a fur coat, in and of itself.
