Yes, it is indeed a crime for her to send a video of herself doing sexual acts underage. THere are girls and boys everywhere that are being prosecuted for just this thing. If her ex posted it then he as violated the law by posting the image of a minor performing sexual acts on video. They could both end up with felony records.
 
When I watched her interviews on The View and Hannity she goes on about "owning" her mistake. It appears her "mistake" was giving the video to someone she doesn't trust as opposed to having made the video.

Considering she is 22 years old and is/would be someone whom other young women look up to as a roll model.........

It turns out the lastes evidence is that she was 20 & 21 when she sent numerous sexually explicit videos to this boyfriend of hers. The part about her being 17 came from her side. I am sure that was to stop the distribution of the video.

Ahhh, but the third pic. The picture of her getting fitted with the ankle strap, that is CLEARLY Heather Locklear, and you are CLEARLY wrong.


As for the bottom two pix, she's wearing a totally different outfit, so it's a safe bet they were taken on....gasp....a DIFFERENT DAY!

No, it's clearly the same gal as the first two. Stunt doubles look similar to who they are doubling for.

The last two could have been taken on a different day, or a different beach, because they're probably of a different person.

Of course it's the same woman, they are all photos of Ms Locklear. She's got the same outfit on in the first three pix.

I hate to be the one to have to do it, but I'm afraid I've got some news for you and it's quite shocking...you might want to sit down for this.

Without the benefit of hours in the makeup chair, a hairstylist and great lighting, even fabulously hot Hollywood stars can appear rather plain.
