An invasion is an uninvited aggressive attack by outsiders.
Burglary is home invasion, home invasion is burglary.
Most burglars have the intent to murder and rape those they encounter during the invasions of private property they engage in.

the fact remains... Burglaries are a term defined in law. Home invasions are NOT defined in law in most states, but the commonly agreed upon definition is a burglary attempted, for whatever reason, when the home is occupied. There MAY be burglaries every 15 seconds, but there is no evidence that would suggest that there were home invasions at that same frequency.

Entering a home with violence is a home invasion.

If someone accidentally left the backdoor unlocked when they left the house to go to the movies, and a burglar simply opened the door, walked into the living room, took the gold watch lying on the coffee table, and walked out the way he came, that's a burglary. Where's the violence?

Burglary is as violent a crime as murder and rape.

When I was maybe 11 or 12, the old bird woke up and found a drunken home invader passed out on the couch.
She gave him a minor encouragement to mend his ways(with a dining chair, repeatedly around the head and upper body, causing him to be hospitalized), then she called the pigs.
The pigs took the home invader/failed rapist/ Failed murderer to hospital.
Took the old bird down the pig shop in handcuffs and charged her with assault occasioning grievous bodily harm
There was no harm to his body.
His head was pretty well fucked up mind!!

Liberal British pigs!!
You liberals want the same protections for home invaders in the USA!!

If someone walks into the unlocked back door of your home when you are not there, after they have watched you drive away, and they remove an article of jewelry from on top of a table, and walk out the way they came in, WHERE IS THE FUCKING VIOLENCE?

Burglary is as violent a crime as murder, Robbery and Rape.
It should carry a minimum sentence of life without parole for the first offense, as should rape.

They call it burglary in the UK, they call the criminals misunderstood or victims or vulnerable.

Exactly the language liberals wish to adopt here.

A burglar never knows if a home is empty and therein show their violent nature.
Ask a victim of burglary what they think.
