There was no cheating. No rigging. No nothing. Trump won fair and square. Now America needs to take some time to look in a mirror and ask ourselves WHY we did this.

But we did it. We willingly and with eyes wide open walked into this.

No one is to blame except ourselves.

Trump was hyping it pretty constantly leading up to election day, and even throughout that day.

Then he won - and now, no one is saying anything about "massive fraud."

It couldn't be more obvious, or transparent. It's just what Trump does. He did it in 2016 simply because his vanity couldn't handle losing the popular.

Trump calling things "rigged" - court cases, debates, elections - is never a surprise. Millions believing him is.

1.) That's a strawman, I haven't seen a single person who believed the elections were insecure in October say they were secure in November.
There isn't a hint of contradiction in saying that the system can simultaneously be influenced by genuine voters and by fake ballots. Hence "too big to rig" is neither hypocrisy nor a contradiction in terms.

2.) Of course you can claim the elections are rigged ONLY when one side loses. The only premise that would require is that only one side needs to cheat to win.

I believe the Trump campaign did very much that with their complaints that early voting in Pennsylvania was possibly rigged.

Of course it is POSSIBLE. It just hasn't actually HAPPENED. There have been countless studies on this. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN.

You can't then turn around, using essentially the EXACT SAME SYSTEM 4 years later when even MORE is on the line for the Dems to cheat about and STILL WIN.

That's just stupidity.

At least TRY to be rational.
 
One of the few silver linings for me is that we get a break from the whole "stop the steal" think for a couple of years.

But, as soon as Dems pick up seats in the midterms - it will be Groundhog Day, I'm sure.

You try to be rational. There are systemic limitations to the scope of cheating. There are only so many people to impersonate. Every time the voter rolls are cleaned up that's fewer people available to impersonate, leading to them trying to fraudulently register more names; but that didn't work and that likely spooked the cheaters.

If the real numbers look like this:
2016 60M D, 62M R
2020 75M D, 74M R
2024 67M D, 75M R

That's 5 million fraudulent ballots on the dem side every time. You get it? They try just as hard to cheat each time, but beyond their capacity to cheat there are real people voting and sometimes they can't cheat enough.

Now more realistically the cheating in 2020 was probably way worse because the door was wide open and in 2016 they didn't think they needed to cheat and there were far fewer vulnerabilities that could be used.

This is and will always remain speculation because the elections were intentionally rendered insecure and unauditable. There are too many variables to reconstruct real numbers at this point (or any point after the ballots were anonymized).

The Covid/SARS series of viruses DOES exist. Covid19 (otherwise known as SARS-CoV-2) has the mildest symptoms of any virus so far discovered in the series. NONE of the Covid/SARS viruses kill.

The Influenza series of virus is a completely different series. Covid is NOT flu.

Symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 are a temporary loss of smell, cough, slight fever, and may affect sinuses somewhat. It's recovery time is rather lengthy, about 2 weeks. Like any virus, once infected and recovered, your body knows how to fight it off, and you will not have significant symptoms next time you are infected. You are immune.

The mRNA 'vaccine' (it's really a treatment) programs your cells to manufacture Covid. In this way it is hoped that your body will learn how to fight it off without the full affect of an infection. It does result in similar symptoms the first time you are treated, though...so there's little point. Further, this treatment uses a carrier solution that some people are allergic to, and some allergic reactions have caused death.

Pfizer fear mongers each winter to sell flu (and now Covid) shots.

There are literally millions of variants in the influenza series. Some are deadly, but these are rather rare. A flu shot can only hit about a dozen of them at once at best. In my opinion, don't worry about it and get on with your life. If a deadly strain shows up, you will easily find out about it and can easily get a vaccine against that strain (the known ones have already been developed!).

So, your basic premise is the correct one (other than naming). Don't worry about it. Enjoy life.

The lower court is correct here. The State supreme court has no authority to change the Constitution of the State of Pennsylvania.
