Vance is definitely "toxic" enough for MAGA nation, but he's not a "strongman" which is the kind of person the MAGAts need.
Vance is to Trump what Medvedev was to Putin: a place holder. Not vicious enough to fill the swollen shoes of the mighty Trump.
MAGA is SO tied to Trump, though, that I can't think of who could possibly be the next MAGA president. I think the movement will die out with Trump's retirement or maybe he will have so fucked the country that we go into a string of vile MAGAts who rule like the lesser, more unhinged Roman emperors for years.

If he were to become the Democrat nominee for President, he would be pummeled for his tyrannically unconstitutional attempts to penalize and fine gun owners for any reportedly unsecured firearms that have not yet been confiscated. Pritzker is also hell bent on eliminating gasoline and natural gas by 2050. He has clamped Illinois down as a sanctuary State and won't cooperate with ICE or any Federal agencies. Pritzker would have to rebrand away from "Prevent America from Becoming Great Again ... at All Costs!"

Wise Democrats and leftists know that Trump doesn't have charisma; he holds the right positions that resonate with We the People. He wins elections because he serves Us, not the other way around. The reason this matters is that the DNC will have to make a decision when it comes Presidential election time, and if Democrats continue to insult We the People for supporting a man who holds the positions We want him hold, that will spell yet another disaster for the DNC. Every mention of "Trumptard" or "Trumpanzee" just solidifies Trump's next win on the political stage.
Can he adopt all the right positions as Trump does? Anyone who simply does the opposite of what Trump does will adopt all the wrong positions and will lose before getting out of the starting gate.

As we have already seen, Trump is eliminating power from the Federal government and is returning it to the States, as he has done with abortion and with education.

If Tammy were to run for President in a general election, she would be encumbered by several liabilities. First, she has no qualms with killing babies; that would cost her a good percentage of the vote right off the top. Second, she is on a crusade against "assault weapons" which would cost her substantially as well. Third, she would be attacked as being a loon who considers Climate Change as more of a national security threat than either Russia or China, leading to her establishing the Environmental Justice Caucus, which will serve only to make her look crazy.
This would certainly work in her favor. I'll let you have the final word.

McCain is the only one I can think of. He was born in Panama on a US military base so he was a US citizen by birth. Obama was born in Hawaii to an American citizen mother.
No, she can't. To run for president, you have to be a US citizen by birth. Naturalized does not count.
