A teacher at a primary school faces charges on accusations of inappropriate contact with an elementary school student.

Police Chief Dewayne Tennie said officers arrested Ronny Cain Rogers, 50, on charges of criminal sexual conduct and attempted criminal sexual conduct.

The victim took piano lessons every Tuesday from Rogers after school at school and on the following day, Rogers texted the mother stating their lesson didn’t go well and he had upset the victim, the report said.

Upon further investigation, the mother was told that he placed his hands down her pants and touched her.

Rogers admitted to inappropriately touching the child, according to the report.

Two men, including an elementary school teacher, were arrested by police on suspicion of downloading and sharing child pornography over the internet.

Robert Krietzman, 51, had a "significant amount of child pornography" stored on his home computers, police said.

Krietzman is a first grade teacher.

A few hours after Krietzman was arrested, John Brookhouse was arrested by Santa Cruz police in a separate investigation.

Brookhouse, 66, lives in a mobile home in Scotts Valley on the 6000 block of Scotts Valley Drive.

"Brookhouse was identified as a source of child pornography files shared on (a) peer to peer network," police said.

A St. Lucie County teacher has been arrested for sending a lewd photo to a student.

United States Federal Marshal Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested 30-year-old Daniel Morgan for transmission of material harmful to minors to a minor by electronic device and use of computer to seduce, solicit, lure or entice a child after Morgan send a lewd photo to a former student.

The investigation began when a school administrator at St. Lucie West Centennial High School reported that Morgan who is a 10th grade history teacher, had sent an inappropriate text messages to a student.

Port St. Lucie Police detectives continued the investigation by reviewing the snapchat account of the victim, a student at the high school.

The investigation revealed several correspondences between Morgan and the student via Snapchat.

At some point during the Snapchat interaction between the two, Morgan sent the student a lewd photograph.

Detectives then made contact with Morgan and verified that he had used snapchat and communicated via the application with the student.

A 37-year-old Warsaw Community School teacher stands accused of having sex with a 14-year-old student.

Calvin Moser --a Warsaw Area Career Center teacher -- was arrested and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor and child solicitation.

He's sitting in the Tippecanoe County Jail, and he was immediately suspended from his teaching position when school officials learned of the allegations.

The investigation was launched when Warsaw Community School officials told police that they received information that one of their teachers had had sex with a 14-year-old student.

Police say Moser gave the student Starbucks gift card and she would often go to his classroom during lunch.

School officials checked Moser's computer and found numerous emails from the student which indicated her mother suspected something inappropriate between the two.

Police also discovered that Moser had inappropriate conversations with several other female students.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a Mulberry High School teacher Friday after he was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old student on numerous occasions.

Jason Argo, 34, of Valrico, began having a sexual relationship with a student in his English class during the 2014-2015 school year — soon after being disciplined for inappropriately communicating with another student.

On Thursday, almost exactly a year after the incidents occurred, someone at the school came forward, telling detectives the name of the girl involved.

The pair continued to communicate sexually via text, and the girl told detectives she would go to Argo's class after school and he would "feel on her body and kiss her."

She told them that "on two separate dates she performed oral sex on Mr. Argo inside his classroom," according to reports.

A few weeks after the school year ended, on June 30, Argo contacted the girl again, telling her he was home alone.

The girl had a friend drop her off, and she and Argo had sex.

A man who taught journalism at Central Michigan University has been charged with possessing child pornography, according to a federal complaint.

Mark Ranzenberger is accused of possessing 1,000 images of child porn and is charged with possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor or a minor who had not attained 12 years of age.

In the federal criminal complaint, Ranzenberger is quoted as telling investigators that he thought “he had gotten rid of all that stuff.”

The investigation began when pornographic images were mistakenly displayed in class with his computer. According to the complaint, a student had reported that Ranzenberger accessed files from a Dropbox account that “appeared to be thumbnails of pornographic images, which were seen by the entire class.”

A detective reviewed the images and saw they depicted “prepubescent girls posing naked in sexually suggestive poses or engaged in sexual acts.”

Similar material was found in items seized through a state search warrant at Ranzenberger’s office, including “a text document describing year-by-year how to groom a child from birth until age 11 to participate in sexual acts,” the complaint stated.

University officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The Oklahoma multicounty grand jury has indicted a teacher at Oologah High School for second-degree rape.

Kathryn "Katie" Michelle Wilmott, 29, is named in the indictment for having sexual intercourse with a student who was 17 years old at the time. According to the document, Wilmott and the student had sex at an Owasso residence between December 24, 2015 and January 8, 2016.

Wilmott teaches English at Oologah High School and the alleged victim was in her class during the spring 2016 semester, documents say. That teacher-student relationship constitutes rape under state law.

Rocky Walker was arrested for incidents relating to two students in his class. Police said two students had marks on them after school on Friday, but said the incidents were separate and unrelated.

Police said one of the incidents happened at the school and the other outside of the school.

He faces two complaints of child abuse.

Walker also used to be the pastor of Greater Dimensions Church.

An Owasso teacher was arrested after police say they found inappropriate pictures of a 14-year-old girl on his computer.

Police responded to a domestic altercation call on the 1100 block of East 95th Street North.

Police say an argument started after someone learned that a teacher, Adam Hunt, possibly had pictures of a young female student on his computer.

After searching Hunt's computer, detectives learned that Hunt's cell phone was used to take pictures underneath the skirt of a 14-year-old girl inside his classroom.

Hunt was arrested and taken into custody.

Police said two sisters were arrested Friday night after getting into a fight with one another at Union County High School.

According to police reports, 44-year-old Nicole Hill and her sister, 17-year-old Katilyn Brown, got into a fight in the school’s library.

Police located the women in the front building of the school and placed them under arrest for public disorderly conduct.

English teacher and girls basketball coach Keaton M. Krell, 31, was arrested for alleged sex acts.

Prairie View USD 362 Superintendent Chris Kleidosty said, to his knowledge, Krell is facing potential charges including nine counts of unlawful sexual relations, but added that he is unable to confirm whether those counts are for acts against students.

“I cannot comment on the specificity of the charges due to the fact that the investigation is still ongoing,” he said.

A Manhattan charter school gym teacher who allegedly forced two teenage girls to grope him inside the school and also texted them inappropriate photos of his body was arrested Friday.

On three separate occasions this month, Brett Bernstein, 32, an instructor at Harlem Prep Middle School on East 103rd Street, kissed the two 14-year-olds before grabbing their hands and placing them on his midsection, cops said.

On another day this month, Bernstein allegedly texted the teens images of his body.

Bernstein was charged with disseminating indecent material to minors, acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and sexual abuse, according to police.

A first-grade teacher accused of molesting and photographing a young boy is facing new charges alleging rape of a second child.

Stephen J. Castilleja, 27, was out of custody for less than two days when he was picked up on the new allegations that date back more than a decade.

Deputy Prosecutor Megan Whitmire asked the judge to set bail at $150,000 — the same amount ordered in the first case.

Federal agents also are investigating Castilleja for allegedly producing child pornography after police reported finding pictures of naked children during a search of his home.

A Houston middle school teacher skipped town after admitting to investigators that she was in love with one of her students and had sex with him “on almost a daily basis” starting when he was just 13-years-old.

Alexandria Vera, 24, is facing charges of sexual abusing the boy, who is now 14, and told school officials that she became pregnant during the course of their relationship, according to court documents.

“I have chills just because of this, just think that the teacher would even do something like this,” a parent at the boy’s school, Mary Claycomb, told ABC 13.

Vera allegedly began seeing the boy in September of last year after he was a summer school student in her 8th grade English class at Stovall Middle School, court documents say.

The flirtation began when the teen asked Vera for her Instagram handle so that they could follow each other on the photo sharing app.

oh, yes. LEGAL definitions are SOOOOOOOO necessary. like the legal definition of a K9 police dog classifies it as a 'weapon', therefore any cop beating his K9 partner can't be charged with animal cruelty nor can they be charged with assaulting a police officer.......but WE can be, so yay legal definitions. :good4u: :fu:
