Actually,,,,, the 80's were the least cool decade in my mind as well.
I started seeing homeless people when Reagan got into office. Some of the laws he got credit for have ruined the lives of some friends of mine to this day and they didn't victimize anyone.
New Rock & Roll was becoming gay.
Saturday Night Live was as bad as it could be. And still isn't anything like it was the first few years in the biginning.
Home prices droped in my city buy more than 40%.
We had Nancy's "just say no".
The 80's sucked for me personally as well!

i used to really hate the 80s but now I think I hate the 90's more. 80's at least had synths and tried to be futuristic. 90's had neon and zebra pants.
