You wrote that back in February. Now it's October, 8 months later. Egypt has done nothing other than secure their borders. Hezbollah has seen all of its leadership and many combatants killed or seriously wounded. Jordan isn't doing anything. US troops in the Middle East are still there doing the same stuff, no change.
Israel is about to push into Lebanon to give Hezbollah a serious ass kicking.
The Houthi in Yemen are still shooting missiles at everything, while Israel retaliated on them by blowing up their only port.
Looks like it's a typical Arabs v. somebody other than Arabs war where the various Arab factions get their asses handed to them in a one-sided smackdown and the usual rabble of Leftists join the Arabs in whining to useless political groups like the UN and International Court to make their enemies stop beating them down.
We're witnessing David and Goliath in 2024. My money is on right to defeat might. Yall can have your laughs now but this war is far from over. There's no way israel's economy can recover from this. jews are fleeing the state for fear of their life. Stick around to see who has the last laugh.

All of that is wrong. Israelis aren't fleeing, Palestinians and various Arab factions are. For example at the moment, the roads out of Lebanon are jam packed with people fleeing that country. Hamas in Gaza has been smashed hard. Hezbollah lost all of its leadership and hundreds, if not thousands of combatants killed or injured.
I'm waiting for Iran to do the really stupid thing and try to start a nuclear war.
As for the Israeli economy, it's doing fine for wartime. It grew 1.9% so far in 2024 despite the wars going on. So, while it has slowed economic growth, and there the last quarter of 2023 (right after October 7th hit) saw a marked drop, their economy has rebounded having adjusted to wartime conditions.
It's the Palestinian and neighboring Arab economies that have, in fact, collapsed. They were never very strong, and now they're far worse off. Gaza for all intents doesn't have an economy. The West Bank Palestinian areas have contracted economically. Syria has a civil war going on and is in economic ruin. Lebanon is seeing economic collapse as it falls towards internal civil war and a war with Israel.
Most other Arab states are gearing up for what they see as a war with Iran. They're prepping for that. The only thing really propping up the Iranian economy is Biden and Harris are still letting billions flow into their economy rather than imposing a draconian embargo on that country. Just another day and another Biden Harris fuck up there.

No, this isn't so much a "deep state" thing as it is one of political incompetence, stupidity, and ignorance.
Not necessarily true. The US continued to trade with Japan, for example, right up to Pearl Harbor. Sure, there were embargos on some things, but US trade did continue.

Fine by me. As for removing Hezbollah, that depends on how far Israel is willing to go. If it were the Romans, or Alexander the Great, they'd salt the fields, poison the water supply, burn the crops, kill the livestock, and basically leave the area nothing but scorched earth.
No, they're not. They just fired 190 missiles into Israel for near zero effect. The last time the Persians were a true military power was roughly 3000 years ago. They haven't been since.
The jew state is morally and economically bankrupt. The only nation corrupt enough to support them are the bribed hoes in DC. How many years of monopoly money being spent on bombs will taxpayers tolerate?
