Still pretty hot down there? We had put away the window a/c for the season and had to haul it back out again last night. Crazy weather!

It's pretty difficult to get in and out of, but once you're in, it's comfy, rides smooth (for a race tuned suspension), runs and shifts great and is, well, expensive.

Not quite as expensive as the 2015 used Spyder in the show room, that'll set you back a modest $2 million. They wouldn't let us test drive that one!

I was watching a show that said that it cost $20k a year just to service/maintain a Ferrari. Forget that!

We only got a few inches, easily absorbed because it was so dry, it was eastern Houston that got hammered.

We have one more day (tomorrow) of above-avg temps, then it's back to our regularly-scheduled autumn again. The trees are just gorgeous this year!
