That is the one thing that is likely true about the Benghazi deal. But the Republicans are ONCE AGAIN overplaying their hand by adding all kind of other allegations that will make the voter bored and uninterested in the story. They will look into some of the allegations, see that they are bogus and put the entire Benghazi deal into the same category as Birth Certificate Gate.

So... why should she, or anyone else, for that matter, give a flying fuck what YOU think about her? You'll vote for a sock puppet if the republicans nominate one before you'll vote for Hillary.

Right on....I wouldn't vote for her, Benghazi or not, because she IS a pompous ass....and a sock puppet would do, even one nominated by the Democrats before I'd consider
her for high office.

that's not true... there is no doubt that frequent donors to her PAC have her attention.

Now... I'll bet you'll then say that those nice hand signed letters I got from her thanking me for my donations were signed by a machine and that she personally doesn't know who I am from any other guy on the street.....right?

but you're certain that any communications that came out of the Secretary of State's office regarding Benghazi security was personally scrutinized by her in great detail, eh?
 
I'm pretty darned sure she's going to face some opposition in the primaries. I can see Evan Bayh maybe running, a few others. This assumption that HillBillary will be the nominee is a bit premature.
 
I would agree. It is certainly not a foregone conclusion. There is a sense amongst democrats that I know, that it is her time, however.

That kind of thinking almost always ends badly for the party who plays it. We wound up with old man grumpypants McCain with the old man whistlespeak wandering aimlessly on stage during a debate (it wasn't aimless he was listening to somebody behind the barrier but it sure looked bad)... "It's their time" is a stupid way to select a nominee and limits you unnecessarily. Another famous "their time" candidate from the republicans was Bob Dole and his third person references... Bob Dole isn't going to do that!

I only hoped communications about Benghazi to her SHOULD have been personally scrutinized by her in great detail, but alas, being the pompous asshole she is, and as
incompetent as shes shown herself to be, I doubt she took the time to personally do the job she was intrusted with....thats why the security was lacking, the dead are dead,
and no effort was made to get help to the victims....

Now, did she personally sign the docs ?....only she can tell us for sure....but either way, she is responsible for anything she allows her signature to be on.

About two weeks ago I posted a thread about Benghazi and it reached close to 1000 replies. Now I'm not going to go through the points again so maybe you can read the article I posted (below) and the conclusions that were reached. There were a number of factors that converged in the consulate attack. The video was one of them. I never said it was the most important thing but it played a part.

I don't think like a conservative. I can't look a a complex situation like this and boil it down to "blame Hillary." It seems to be really easy for cons to do, though. Maybe that's why we can't take all these threads and comments about her seriously. Actually it just seems like early astroturfing because of the fear that Hillary will run in 2016 and win.

Hillary incompetent, that's just hilarious (no pun intended). Even the most rabid partisans on Capitol Hill who've worked with her don't say she's incompetent.

True....and no one in good conscience can "blame" Hillary for the attack...that was the doing of the terrorists and them alone....but there are issues both before the attack
and after the attack that have come up....exactly why the attack ultimately happened is as Hillary herself said, "what difference does it make"...even though we love to
use that line in ridiculing her....its a strawman line and I'm guilty as are others in using it....
But that doesn't absolve her from the other issues....like you I'm getting tired of rehashing it over and over and getting nowhere....no ones opinion will change unless
new data becomes available....the freakin' buck has to stop somewhere in this administration sooner or later.
