The media is hilarious...

Typically every 8th voter (depending on the sample desired) are asked how they voted and some additional questions. You ask them if they voted. You assume they are telling the truth. You don't know for sure, of course, but when the exit polls are very close to the actual results it proves the method was reliable. Sometimes one group may be over-sampled, but when it doesn't tend to throw off the entire exist poll.

There are a lot of suppositions and assumption in that paragraph.

Census Bureau data shows the demographics of the precinct.

Census Bureau data shows what people voluntarily tell them every 10 years, doesn't it?

It is unlikely you could have gotten 11/14 states correct using any method (without using polls).

According to...you?

It's kind of like the lies of omission by the mainstream media.

I always hear the media critics claim "I bet the MSM won't print this" after I have already read it in several sources. They claim they don't read the MSM because it is biased, so I don't know why the think it did not print those stories if they don't read it. The most common answer is "I heard it on Rush Limbaugh."

Deflection. That's not what we're talking about, and you know it.

Everything we do in life is based on a lot of suppositions and assumptions. Polling is based on more reliable suppositions than claiming Nancy Pelosi told Facebook not to run Trump ads. And they only remove deceptive and misleading ads (many of which came from

Are you aware of any unreliable census data?

According to...you?

According to probability.

Everything we do in life is based on a lot of suppositions and assumptions.

Irrelevant. Polling is unscientific for many reasons, as I suspect you already know.

Polling is based on more reliable suppositions than claiming Nancy Pelosi told Facebook not to run Trump ads.

The flaw in your theory is that Nancy Pelosi did tell Facebook to take down Trump ads they'd previously declined to remove, so there's that.

Are you aware of any unreliable census data?

Yes, I am.

According to probability.

You aren't "probability".

To determine how Biden voted in the Senate, I used the American Conservative Union ratings to examine his lifelong voting record.

His ACU rating is a miserable 12.67. That means Biden only voted with conservatives 12.67 percent of the time.

Contrary to the image DEMOCRATS are trying to project of "moderate" Joe Biden, his record indicates that there’s not much distance between Biden and Comrade Bernie on many the issues.

And in case you are wondering, it’s not like Biden was some progressive firebrand in the 1970s, who somehow morphed into something more moderate as he aged. His record during his last two years of voting (2007 and 2008) were perfect zero scores, and it’s kind of tough to be more progressive than that.

By buying into the DEMOCRAT trope that Biden is a "moderate", his opponents are actually helping his candidacy. This helps Biden. DEMOCRATS will be able to point to Biden as “the centrist”.

None of those votes included free college, forgiving college debt, or Medicare for all. Those are all much more progressive proposals than anything Biden had to vote on in 2007-2008.

That's because Pedo Joe left the Senate before the DEMOCRAT Party dared to admit that they found those things desirable, I imagine. Why don't you compare Pedo Joe's current campaign materials to Comrade Bernie's?

And the reason for Facebook doing so?

Nancy Pelosi told them to. They'd already told Judd Legum - who founded ThinkProgress and worked on Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign - that the ads did not violate policy. But when Nancy nattered, they obeyed. Like you and your Queen, I suppose. :D

Polls are not scientific, and it's a fact that Facebook just suppressed Trump campaign ads after Nancy Pelosi told them to.

She did not "tell them" to take them down. She pointed out the deceptive nature of the ads which is Facebook policy.

Too many people get their news from Facebook and believe all those crazy lies people post. I would think anybody would not want their candidate to post misleading ads.

Some actually believed Hillary had a children's sex ring in a pizza parlor.

"The bureau has spent the last year forging relationships with the major tech platforms -- Facebook, Twitter and Google -- to put out accurate information about how the census works and yank misinformation about the form from their sites."

Since you won't post the reason, I will. Nancy had to think about all those idiots who take as gospel what they read on social media. You know some would believe it's the official census, leggie. :D

WASHINGTON (AP) - Facebook on Thursday started taking down ads for the reelection campaign of President Donald Trump that direct people to a survey labeled a "census," hours after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said people would confuse it with the once-a-decade head count.

Facebook said in a statement that it was enforcing its policies to prevent confusion over the 2020 census, which begins for most people next week...

The ad says, "President Trump needs you to take the Official 2020 Congressional District Census today." Clicking on a red button saying "Take the Survey" leads to a website with questions asking visitors about party affiliation, whether they intend to support Trump and which media organizations they get their information, among other questions.

She did not "tell them" to take them down.

According to you. You weren't privy to the conversation, were you? She reportedly told them the ads should be taken down, and they obeyed.

They'd already ruled that the ads were compliant. Presumably they know their own policies better than the powerful Speaker of the House.

BTW, just a few minutes ago, you accused me of falling for a conspiracy theory.

Don't bother to apologize. We both know you wouldn't be sincere.

Nancy had to think about all those idiots who take as gospel what they read on social media.

Who better to nominate herself to speak for the idiotic than DEMOCRAT Nancy Pelosi? :D

he reportedly told them the ads should be taken down, and they obeyed, just like you obey your Queen.

Those social media platforms were already on the hot seat before Pelosi's request. Sheesh, repubs are so dishonest SCOTUS had to step in and forbid trump from adding a citizenship question to the census. Don't you ever get tired of telling the world that your emperor really is wearing clothes?

"In January, Facebook began banning ads that discourage people from participating in the census or portray it as "useless." The ban applies to ads on both Facebook and Instagram, which Facebook owns. The platform also announced that misleading posts about the census would be subject to removal. Typically, the platform does not remove false or misleading content from its site, unless it gives wrong information about voting.

The Trump campaign on Tuesday began running different versions of the census ad on Facebook across the country from Trump and Vice President Mike Pence's official Facebook page. The campaign purchased thousands of the online ads that were viewed thousands of times before Facebook began removing them Thursday.

Former Census Bureau director John Thompson said the Trump campaign has put a new spin on an old campaign strategy: For years, Republicans have sent fundraising mailers that mimic the census."

I think I'll write Messrs. Merriam and Webster and ask them to use the word "duplicitous" as a synonym for "Republican."

"The ads, which come from the pages of the Republican president and Vice President Mike Pence, link to a survey on an official campaign website and then to a page asking for donations.

“We need Patriotic Americans like YOU to respond to this census, so we can develop a winning strategy for YOUR STATE,” the ad read."
