Hell to the yes. And my wife got to wear a pink dress. Pretty damn good day even though our damn AC is out.
A wet towel and a fan

I didn't even know about this movie until rightwing men started crying like little girls about it.
It's almost unfathomable to me that a well adjusted adult man would stress out about Barbie doll movies and cry on a message board about it.Seriously. There doesn't seem to be *anything* anymore that they don't have some kind of meltdown over. I guess that's what happens when you have no moral compass, no solutions to our national problems, nothing but fear, outrage, and grievance. Deplorable snowflakes.

H10 is not "well adjusted" in the least. He openly admits alcohol and substance abuse, calls his wife "THE SLUT," and canoodles openly on the forum with an elderly spinster who is just as disturbed.

Our master suite can be completely shut off from the rest of the house, so we're using a portable AC unit. Kitchen though is hot as hell.
Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling are serious actors. Agreeing to do this film gave me some confidence that the script had more depth than a marketing movie would have. I was not disappointed. At times, it was a bit heavy handed, but there were so many spot on scenes I can easily forgive that. Smart and clever. Definitely worth the watch for me.
That's awful. Do you have an ETA on getting it fixed?
I'm hoping today. The AC unit is fine, but the blower isn't working. And I've got a fried controller board, that's what I'm waiting on. We've had brutal heat here, it's moderated a bit but it still isn't much fun.
Now I'm intrigued enough to watch it, although I'll probably wait until it's out on streaming.
A movie advertising a Mattel product.

If I watch it, it will be streaming. I am not driving to a theater to watch this movie. LOL

I prefer at home too, except that the popcorn isn't as good. The bathroom is closer though. lol
We need more comedy type movies. The last some years they've struggled with the comedy genre. The stuff my kids (around your age) think is funny is not, to me.
I recently rewatched the Life of Brian to regain a good mood after having an argument with one of my many daughters... It always works, if the movie is actually funny. Too many forced "patriarchy" jokes can make what had potential into something other than comedy. I hate paying for a comedy only to find that what I actually paid for was to attend a truly crappy political lecture instead.
I don't remember Life of Brian being about patriarchy. Are you referring to Monty Python?
