Top 15 cities with the highest homeless population

Bigotry. Not all Republicans are 'rednecks' nor live in trailer parks. Towns are not just trailer parks.

Yes, I have been to many small towns in the rural west and midwest, including Fargo, ND; Missoula, MT; Billings, MT, Winnemucca, NV; Ely, NV; Austin, NV; and Gillette, WY. I've been to a fair number of small towns in the southeast as well, including Biloxi, Baton Rouge, Tulsa, Norfolk, Waco, and Wilmington.

Many of these are mostly nice people. They work hard. They keep their homes and yards clean. They are proud of their little town.

You can say the same thing about any place. Big, lib'rul city or small redneck town.

Why is it OK to make broad brush generalizations about one, but you piss your panties when it gets done regarding the other?

And where did I say that all Republicans are rednecks?

Sounds like something hit a nerve there.

Maybe a little too close to home.....?

I read the post.
It sounds like you are just giving me parting insult.
No biggie.

Again...I do not understand.
How is that to do with me getting banned?

It's not! I wasn't involved! :D

I said "May". :dunno:

If that was it then no, I wasn't involved. Hell we had to worry about Chinese College Diploma seller spammers there.

I'm kinda glad, I don't see myself as a snitchy douchebag of a person.

I'll report some BS spamming in a heartbeat, though.

IMO toobfreak is a reverse shill like TDAK here, just not as pronounced.

He's the one that got a 72 subscriber private thread shut down over there.

A thread like that could be made here, and the mods can't even see w/o being invited. The leftists here have one.

Notsomuch interest for others, though. May not be a bad thing.

Nope...I got myself banned.

In fact?

In just about every place I have been banned...that was how it happened.

I pushed the rules.
I was warned.
I said 'fuck it'.
And forced them to ban me.

I don't like following orders.

I understand completely. :)

You should be OK here, just watch that 12b..and harassing in PMs

Last bastion on the internet..lol!

I can still go to a few other places..but damn! Low-level ignorant POS troll mods have banned me from a lot.

I could even get back in a couple places because I know the admins, but why bother when they let BS like that happen?

What are your recommended solutions to homelessness? Screaming "Get a job!" as you drive past a shelter?

Providing upward mobility like the goals Trump had were good. Providing access to the American way.

Bring back Mental Health hospitals. Not all countries got rid of them.

Imo, nothing destroys a forum faster than mods whom use their 'power' to settle scores or to make themselves feel special.

Everyone has their own journey to take. It can include college but certainly doesn't have to. Maybe I was making a wrong assumption by what you meant when you said dregs of society and my apologies if I did. To me, that term usually refers to those with lessor education who aren't doing much with their life.
Good gosh, no! I mean street people, violent and petty criminals, drug dealers, good for nothings that stay a job for a month then don't show up after calling in sick an avg. of two days a week ( I had several of those in my business), etc.
I remember once I was sitting at the Lava Lava Beach bar and restaurant in Hawaii and our waitress was having a bad day, totally stressed and mentioned something about her "menial job". I told her there's no such thing as a menial job which brought a yuge grin to her face. I left about a 33% tip to brighten her day a little more.

Lots of Presidents make promises. Most of those promises were broken across my lifetime.

Agreed on the idea of providing for opportunities. A merit based system is a great system but it only works if it's fair. If everyone trusts it. Do you believe the American system is fair to all? Is that why people don't trust it?

Agreed on mental health hospitals. There's the science/medicine part, but the hard part is the legislative. How do you force a paranoid schizophrenic to take medication if they haven't broken the law? Short answer: you can't. It's not illegal to be crazy.

Obviously that's a problem which has negative fallout across the nation due to the power of the Information Age where nutjobs speak with the same authority of the world's finest experts.

Rights must be protected. Part of those rights are the return of rights. At the moment, our Federal government is real quick to take your legal rights but they never give them back. The legal and cultural stigma of "mental illness", once a person is healthy, should see a full return of all rights.

Obviously they have to be able to remain within established legalese to keep those rights.

Well, they are Homeless, so there IS a Problem. And no one is coming up with a Solution and/or willing to Pay for it.

Watch about the last 10 or 15 minutes of this: https://www.justplainpolitics.com/sh...attle-is-dying

Problem is, the mayor of Seattle w/ the complicit city council are hunky-dory with the way things are. Ergo, it's not really not a "problem" in Seattle. It's apparently what they want by continually electing those types. Shows "diversity" I guess. It would be a problem in Anchorage. Fortunately we recently elected a mayor that has done a great job regarding homeless camps. They've been noticeably cleaned up.

You put them in a straightjacket and have Nurse Ratched administer their meds to them. Pussyfooting about it has gotten hundreds if not thousands of people in society killed over a short period of years because they no longer care to care for crazy people.

How is it they knew how to do things better in the 1900s than the 2000s?

Is that the Trump authoritarian plan? Who determines who goes to these "Trump Camps" for the "mentally ill"? Lots of barbed wire, I'd expect. ;)

OTOH, Nurse Ratched was hot.
