Yes, I have been to many small towns in the rural west and midwest, including Fargo, ND; Missoula, MT; Billings, MT, Winnemucca, NV; Ely, NV; Austin, NV; and Gillette, WY. I've been to a fair number of small towns in the southeast as well, including Biloxi, Baton Rouge, Tulsa, Norfolk, Waco, and Wilmington.

Many of these are mostly nice people. They work hard. They keep their homes and yards clean. They are proud of their little town.

If the government is not prepared to offer every, homeless person basic shelter - like a cot in a heated/cooled building (in every, major city)?
Then they have no right to charge people with vagrancy unless those people refuse to accept the government shelter.

If this inflation keeps rising?
There will be a LOT more homeless people?
The solution from the government better be more than just charging them with vagrancy.
And a LOT of these homeless are vets.
That is disgraceful.
No vet should EVER be homeless unless he/she chooses to be.

I guess that means no license as opposed to using explosives.

FWC put you in jail for fishing without a license. I can't just decide to blow off work 1 day and go fishing twice a year or so. Gotta have that license first if you don't want to be arrested and/or fined.

Pretty sad state of affairs if you ask me. You just can't go fishing, you have to get a license with all the proper stamps first. Talk about restricting freedom? That does it.

But the fucking coward refused to go man-to-man with me.

And then the coward ran to the MODS to get them to get me off of his back.
But I refused.

I gotta say - the mods were REALLY cool about it.
They warned me OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
Several of them.

But I had had enough.
Plus, I was wasting too much time there and needed to get on with other things in my life.
So I basically thanked the mods for the warnings (if I recall).
And told them that I was NOT going to back off toobfreak.
All he had to do was ignore my PM"s.
But no...the little cunt could not even handle seeing me PM him...let alone reading them.
So he kept whining to the Mods...without even reading my PM's.

So - reluctantly - I forced the Mods to ban me.
Gave them no choice.
I have nothing bad to say about them.

Hell...I am not even mad at toobfreak.
The guy was clearly lonely and angry about something.
And I knew he was a frail, old fart to boot.
I should have just blew him off.

But when he knocked my buddies in the Reserves.
That was too far.

So nope...you had NOTHING to do with me getting banned.

Note - one way to tell with almost 100% accuracy - IMHO - if someone is a troll or not?
If they refuse to debate you in private.
Then you KNOW that they are trolls because they ONLY work in front of a crowd.
And they have not got the courage/confidence to debate you without anyone to back them up/support them.

That's part of it. Cities are homeless magnets.

As you know I’m highly educated but I encouraged my son to not get caught up with the idea that college is the natural progression after high school (like i was).
Fortunately he followed his instincts and does very well , thank you, as an aircraft mechanic for fedex.

Everyone has their own journey to take. It can include college but certainly doesn't have to. Maybe I was making a wrong assumption by what you meant when you said dregs of society and my apologies if I did. To me, that term usually refers to those with lessor education who aren't doing much with their life.
