Trump Lied

"“We’re going to have insurance for everybody,” Trump said in press conference Jan. 11. “We’re going to have a healthcare that is far less expensive and far better.”

Or, as he said in a September 2015 “60 Minutes” interview, “I am going to take care of everybody. Everybody’s going to be taken care of much better than they’re taken care of now.”"

The Hill

Instead, he could not get Republicans to create a better plan, and worse, they have acted to kill Obamacare by killing the individual mandate.

So what else is new?

Lying is part of Trump's schtick, he knows he is lying and could care less, the lemmings are always going to believe him and if anyone questions him he goes into the martyr role, remember, his biggest success was reality TV

They've been conditioned to blame every failure to deliver on anyone but the Toadstool, as well. You know, like the Wall that Mexico was going to pay for -- (D)s' fault, despite the (R)s have control of both Houses and the WH for two years.

They did, several in fact. Congress wasnt interested.
Obamacare is dying undet the weight if its flaws.
And the Republicans have refused to do anything about those flaws. They hate the idea of health care that works for anyone but the rich.

Any yet, not a peep from you about the lies concerning healthcare coming from the Democrat Party candidates for POTUS. Pun fully intended.

Hello Celticguy,

Obamacare is dying because it was attacked by Republicans.

Show us the better way.

What is the Republican plan?

Show us the better boat before you blow a hole in the bottom of the one we are on

Otherwise, shut up and keep paddling.

Silly meme. If Obamacare was dying on its own the Repubs would not have to deliberately attack it and try and kill it so often. Yet in spite of that and countless Repuvb votes against, it still stands. How many Republican votes to end it? You call that disinterest? Reds joining in Republican lying games and their own self-delusion is the only product.

They were trying to shorten the pain. Cant blame them for wanting to deliver affordable care sooner rather than later.

That wasn't a lie but a campaign promise which are rarely kept. If the individual mandate is the only thing keeping Obamacare alive then it is a piece of shit program that needs to be repealed.

No, they were not. They were trying to keep our shitty overpriced healthcare system in place for the benefit of large corporations. Obama care could have been improved. They could have slowly taken health insurance companies out of the equation. They only add cost and complexity to healthcare.

Obamacare was not sustainable.
There's not enough money in the world to sustain it for 330 million people....

Only thing they could do is make it cost more by reemoving insurance companies.

Hmm what does Trump's healthcare solution look like? What policy do the Repugs have? hmmmm.why none, none at all. Obama care was easily fixable. If Hillary was in the office the voters voted for her to have, they would have done a lot to improve it. Well tried to , McConnelll would have blocked it.
