Has nothing to do with your false claim. If a hospital admits a person with a positive covid test, they are not falsely reporting that person as a Covid patient. You need to work on your honesty.

That's why I don't falsely accuse people of lying. Don't want to be called a liar, stop telling lies. Your claim is false (we call that lying). You insinuated that hospitals are falsely reporting cases as covid without a positive covid test. That is a lie, completely unsupported by the facts.

No, that’s called an ‘unsubstantiated claim’. I *speculated* that there *could be* Medicare fraud with COVID billing due to the nature of PCR testing methodology and the fact Medicare fraud is an actual thing.

For me to lie about it, I would have to KNOW fraud isn’t occurring and then *falsely claim* there was. How the hell am I supposed to know that?

That's what I thought you told us. So why are you applying OR protocols to the floor? Of course, the floors were using that protocol in the beginning of the hospital overflows, which is exactly what I stated. All PPE became single use. Hospitals should have been given funding.

ProPublica reported on April 3 that congressional budget battles in the early years of the Obama administration contributed to stockpile shortages. But the article notes available funds were used not to replenish masks: "With limited resources, officials in charge of the stockpile tend to focus on buying lifesaving drugs from small biotechnology firms that would, in the absence of a government buyer, have no other market for their products, experts said.
