Dr Wen's statement remains the same no matter which website her statement is found on. The only difference between websites would be how one decides to analyze her statement, and I provided my own quick analysis of it in my OP.

Well I only ever refer to the cnn when I need to make a point to leftists. By citing their bible to them they can't whine about the source. Whenever I do use cnn as a source for a leftists the conversation generally ends rather abruptly. But I do it mostly so leftists can't complain like little bitches about the source.

Here, Dr Wen comes right out and even uses the word "carrot", openly telling us that lockdowns and other covid regulations are purposely in place NOT for any sort of "safety measures" but actually for the purpose of government being able to dangle a carrot (of "return to normal") above people's heads to condition them to behave in a certain way (in this case, to receive a vaccination).
