I think of a US attorney general who threatens the max punishment for a plea deal, or 12 jurors stupid enough to take the judges instructions as gospel (forgetting their right to nullify)............millions of americans don't come in to play

i'm sure about half would be, and half would accept it because it would affect biden in a bad way..........but overall, they would accept that someone broke the law and convict them for it. Not to mention that if someone did reverse engineer a vaccine, it leaves them open to a civil suit for tens of millions

"Tens of millions"? That's a chump change. :rofl2: How about BILLIONS of dollars in damage against the government and the companies that created the vaccine?

So, again, do you really think they would go that route and 'legitimate' the prosecution?

i've talked to many 'young' people who are marijuana advocates that would still convict someone for MJ possession because they're stupid

Actually I was talking about prosecution. Pharma companies are big businesses. In order for them to make a case of "reverse engineering", they'd have to match code for code and function for function.

Ok so separate groups of vaccine from different companies. That's pretty common since the same kinds of meds are made from different companies.

Like expensive meds and generic meds that are sold at Walgreens and CVS.
