this is how the law works you assholes.

If you commit a crime ( say trying to force your vehicle into barricaded area of security twice and run over a cop) anyone who is harmed because you commited that crime you are responsible for their situation.

look at how low you have sunk.
You guys now hate cops so you can hate Obama a little more
yet you refuse to blame cops for any injuries or deaths they cause to innocents who are not involved or in danger until the cops start shooting. why is that?

If you grab a ladys purse and she falls down and hits her head you are to blame for her injuries under the law.

WHY do you think the police should have just allowed the woman to run away unpursued when she had already attempted to kill someone with her car?

What are your issues with the Quote function, exactly?

Are you aware that you're a liberal woman arguing with conservatives over the shooting death of an unarmed woman with a child in the car .. and you're the one taking the gun position over the unarmed woman with a child.

Bizarre to say the least.
this is because she is not truly a liberal. she's a statist authoritarian who believes in the all mighty powerful government.

No she didn't, the poor woman panicked and the officer was in the way. Why did they put up a road block with absolutely no warning? Would you still be defending them if the baby had been shot as well?

THey didnt know ANYTHING about her mindset. And they still dont know. You dont know why she panicked. And that was no roadblock where they started shooting, it was the permanent blockade.

If they did what they had to do to protect the capitol and the public (she was a direct threat to everyone in the vicinity with her car and a potential threat to more if she had a bomb) then of course you have to defend them if the child was killed. Very sad, but the child would have been...and is...a victim of her mother's mental illness.
