conservatives are all too willing to accept limiting your rights as well.We actually WOULD claim there are limits. But somehow conservatives don't want to accept them.

So should deranged mental patients have gun rights? You are actually claiming rights have no limits?
The convicted felon has proven he is not responsible enough to own a gun.
Interestingly though, he is still entitled to own a muzzle loading single shot weapon.
I assume they can if they don't use a dealer, but buy from a private individual; in California those still require background check, but I thought other states didn't require that.
inventory is also a very closely monitored area by ATF.

you must be confused. the Negotiate Rights Away gun group does not believe that the 2nd Amendment is absolute. are you talking about another group, maybe?I agree with you, but I was taking the argument of the NRA which is that the right is ABSOLUTE. If so, then this guy has a right to a gun. If not, then we are simply arguing where to draw the line when we debate the 2nd Amendment.

I'm sure the NRA considers him a responsible gun owner and will represent him.
this is true, but historically they have been more apt to compromise to avoid losing too much. I prefer GOA for that reason. They've taken a much tougher stance in recent years chief. Not always one I want, but better than nothing. Hell they're even for expanding silencers and SBR's/SBS's. You'd never hear of that from the 90's NRA.
You are funny. Its scary to have your eyes opened, aint it... Kinda just makes you want to ignore the new information?Jarod is retarded. Don't talk to him. EVER. One of the best things I ever did was ignore him.
In any event rights can be removed from individuals via Due Process of Law.
How can an absolute right be denied for any reason?

How did you pass the bar, seriously?
See what I mean about him being a retard?
So every crime with a gun should be thirty to life? I'm all for it, especially if it includes responsible gun owner parents of children who kill their siblings or someone else because a gun was lying around. Oh, and let's include gun show sellers and gun shop owners who sell guns involved in a crime. While we're at it, let's lock up the people who allow their guns to be stolen!
Seriously, naive folks in general: Criminals steal or buy stolen guns.
