LOL That reminds me of the book "Shogun" where Toranaga asks an advisor about one of his allies. The advsor say's "He's treacherous, violent, untrustworthy and cunning.". Toranaga say's "Yes, admirable traits but what are his weaknesses?" LOL

Mott has good taste in novels. Shogun is one of my faves. I've read it several times.

It's one of my favorites too. Ever read his short novel "King Rat"? That's my all time favorite Clavell novel. I loved the Kings philosophy. I used to quote it often when I was a Republican "If it's 10% it's fair!" LOL

Yeah, I read that one too, but I like Shogun better than King Rat.
