What Is Wrong With 68 Million Americans?

Trump has been on my radar since the first Dec Trump Tower was open....my dad got a tour from Trump as part of an award he won for being a good salesman. My understanding of Trump the man is largely informed from by dads read, which was likely right as my dad was a good salesman in part because he was a good people reader. I have also followed him in the years since.

Trump is a good guy, I admire him, we need a lot more like him.

You fuckers have had five years to figure out what is going on..why we are rebelling against the Elite Class..the fact that you have failed to this point means one of two things.....you are incredibly stupid....or you dont want to.

if you are 'rebelling' against the elite class, why did you elect the elite class?

I'm afraid that the replacement of normal class politics by competition between group on grounds of 'race', gender, sexual bias and whatever leaves the least educated amongst Americans taught to believe themselves superior so hugely threatened that they would accept any evil as long as they supposed it to be 'theirs'. Giving normal human respect to any minority group is inevitably seen as being put down by those who have fantasised that they are somehow 'masters': if anyone else is treated decently, it reduces the master-race, it seems. I do hope Mr Biden succeeds in showing them how to treat other people with decent respect so as to deserve the same treatment from others and all move forward to a human world. It fascinates me (in a depressed kind of way) that Trump supporters on here simply can't argue. All they do is insult opponent's 'group' in some vacuous way. Sometimes I respond with something similar, but the exchange always grows so tedious that I have to put 'em on 'Ignore' or die of boredom!

Its official! You are indeed a moron. tRump has screwed folks over ever since he became an adult.

All the loyalty because he gave your dad a tour....lmfao

who are those?

Those who live out in the backwoods and never meet anyone whose mind has advanced beyond the 1850's, who claim to be Christian but seem unable to read the New Testament, who listen to nothing but extreme-one-party propaganda on radio and television and who couldn't find any foreign country or city on a map - for a start. Why do you ask?

Good. Now we see why you are in thrall to a corrupt, egotistical, incurious buffoon. Apparently you share the same personality chara... defects.

Your bitter tears of loss are delicious. Cry for us some more! Cry, Cultist, cry!

How Trump’s Mental Illness Infected 48% of the Electorate

“What is wrong with 68 million Americans?” is a question many are asking the day after the election. Why should the race even be close? Why did 48% of voting adults choose to remain with a president who leaves a trail of hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths, the nation bankrupt, children in cages, and our natural habitat under existential threat?

It makes no rational sense—unless we correctly identify the problem. For almost four years, mental health professionals have been urging the nation to bring a mental health perspective to a mental health problem, instead of assuming that everything is political. All substitute approaches have failed, just as the best pandemic control comes from infectious disease specialists, not from a radiologist or economists. We have also anticipated the current situation as a product of having mental pathology in power for a prolonged period.

Or you could do some introspection yourself Ken and ask why with such an obviously flawed candidate did so many people still not want to vote for the Democratic nominee?

I am not a Trump supporter, not a republican, altho I have played the part on here to attempt to get some good discussion going.

But I ask you and everyone here, what is an American to do if the Democratic (Liberal) platform does not appeal to them?

Some of them are scared by Fox News into believing the Democratic platform is Socialist or Communist and most of us will have to admit those voters are uneducated and easily swayed (and there are just as many like that on the other side btw). So let's remove them from this discussion.

But there are people who feel that the Republican platform is better than the Democratic platform, so who are they supposed to vote for? You have to vote for Trump, right?

My father is a staunch republican, he calls himself a libertarian, but he is a supply-side pure capitalist no government involvement type of guy and he will vote Republican every time, he does not like Trump, he pro-choice and pro-LGBTQ rights but these issues are not important compared to the economy of the country and he feels like if Trump or any Republican can get the country's economy in a great spot then life will be better for everyone eventually and therefore he would vote for Trump.

I disagree with the idea that Republican policies will make the country better so I would vote Democrat, but I understand someone who votes Republican.

Isn't that fair?

On the flip side, only just one single time since the 1980s in a national election has the GOP been able to convince a majority-plurality of voters their ideas and candidates are superior to the Democratic alternative.

The GOP might be the only major political party in world democracies to simply not be competitive in national elections since the mid to late 20th century.

That is remarkable.

A better question here is why the GOP - uniquely among major center-right parties in the world - is utterly incapable of convincing their fellow citizens they have superior ideas to their political opposition.

the mental llness is the unconditional globalist zealotry which is so popular.

the desire for the technocratic globalist surveillance slave state is the mental issue in play.

especially since dems have picked up the totalitarian fascist corporatist state agenda.

Even if you were right, and you are not, it is not relevant ....Trumps wealth has been hammered by his service, and his companies are in Trouble.

Trump ran because it kills him to watch corrupt crap people betraying America.

Trump ran to lose. He was not supposed to win. Do you think he called McCain those names to win? He made outrageous claims and lies and rightys liked it.
He was supposed to be part of a group that was going to start a new TV network because Fox isn't crazy enough. Having a guy who ran for president was going to supply some gravitas. Trump is the accidental president Trump has never cared about anyone but himself.
