Total bunk. The 1st Amendment prohibits required school prayer (see the establishment clause). Students are free to pray all they want in school, but the government cannot require a mandated prayer.

Is school prayer your only example. The OP talks about mentioning God in public (not schools)--when can't we discuss religion in public. That is stupid fear mongering.

The 1st Amendment does not allow prayer from any (or all) religions. It does not say everything must be equal, it prohibits government doing anything to help or hinder religion.

There is no "separation" clause in the Constitution you ignorant knuckle dragger. It's the "establishment" clause and it limits Government from ESTABLISHING a nation religion.
