i'm doomed anyway because I watched a ted talk where when humans have choices they are always afterwards wishing they went with the other choice. whereas people that never had a choice end up happier with what they get.

I have a $300 Swiss watch that I can't wear because my wife bought me a $30 Guess watch. Sigh.
 
Grind, that video makes me sad. However, the imagery of all of the various Rainbow Road circuits is nostalgic. If we ever get the Trinity out here to Seattle, we will definitely have to do a Mario Kart 64 challenge!!
 
i am so confused now. I like the second one too. I think it looks the most classic. so it's like 3 to 3 now. mott sounded like he might like the second

When I am emperor, choices will be banned, so that we won't have to worry about shit like this. TED will be banned as well, because it's bullshit for pseudo-intellectual hipsters.

Some things are timeless because of their quality. I good pocket watch and gold chain fob. A badger hair shaving brush. English leather bicycle saddles are a few good examples or retro items of such outstanding quality that their still in use today.

Wrist watches are more practical and less likely to be lost. Still, I'd like to have a nice pocket watch and gold chain fob for when I attend business meetings and conferences and wear a suit. It's an elegant touch.
