In the 1980's, racism was for all intents defeated. We had a couple of decades of a mostly color blind, harmonious society. Then in 2008, the desiccated and rotting corpse of racism was dug up, given CPR and the Frankenstein treatment and brought back to life.

No black person has been denied college entry over the color of their skin since the 1960's - white's and Asians are denied entry every fucking day because they have the wrong skin color.
