Logic is not an opinion. Logic is a closed functional system just like mathematics is. Like mathematics, it has it's own set of founding axioms and formal proofs extending them.

Something like that isn't enough to give people a collective identity. People self-segregated based on race and culture. They don't self-segregate based on the Bill of Rights. We always see black people fighting for representation in media and politics because they see themselves as black. We don't see them voting based on which politicians believe in the Bill of Rights.

Sure, every country has regional cultures. Germany has Bavaria, the Rhineland, Swabia, Franconia, and so on. But all of those people still consider themselves Germans. Blacks don't see themselves as American. They identify more with Blacks in Africa than they do with American Whites.
