We should have all learned in 6th Grade we are a Constitutional Representative Democracy, a form of Republic. We are not a direct Democracy, such a thing has never existed on any large scale.

YOU don't want a democracy. You want The Oligarchy.

Jefferson understood the US was a democracy constrained by a Constitution so we are both a democracy and a Republic. Cherry picking one quote out of many quotes doesn't mean he thought the US wasn't a democracy.

The United States was never organized as a democracy. It was organized as a federated republic. Democracies have no constitution nor any representatives.
Communism is not a form of government. Communism is government ownership of markets.

What Jarod and other Democrats want is an oligarchy or dictatorship, not a republic, and not a democracy. They keep trying to call an oligarchy a democracy.

A republic is government by law (a constitution). That constitution defines what representatives (officers) there are, their term, and how they are to be elected. It also describes how that constitution is to be amended by the owners of that constitution.

A dictatorship is government by dictat via a single individual (a King). This is current form of government in Canada and in the SDTC (the Socialist Dictatorship of the Territory of California).
An oligarchy is government by dictat via a committee. This is the current form of the 'federal' government, and the current form of government in the SOTNY (Socialist Oligarchy of the Territory of New York).

The United States was organized as a federated republic. Each State was a republic, where their constitutions were owned by the people of that State, and a federal government, with a constitution owned by the States.
The purpose of each constitution is to define and describe that government which it forms. That government only exists as long as the constitution defining it exists.

DEMOCRATS want an oligarchy, or a dictatorship. They call that a 'democracy' to try to cover up what they really are.

Fascism is not a form of government. It is a type of economy. It is government manipulation of markets.
Fascism is a form of socialism, just like communism or slavery. All socialism is based on theft. This is what YOU want, not me. Don't try to blame your problems on anybody else.

Because socialism is based on theft, it can generally only be implemented by oppression and tyranny. The form of government usually associated with this type of economy is oligarchy or dictatorship.

We elect a president and we choose the candidates for president - they aren't chosen for us. We also elect our legislators and our state governors and legislators. The dumbbell you answered is just one more on their string of dumbbells, likening voting in this country to voting in North Korea.
