The rule of law means that everyone is subject to the law. The rule of law means Trump can be indicted and tried.

Their ideology is not in step with the will of the people. They need to accept that and maybe do a better job of educating the people to their way of thinking or amending their ideology.

What charge was invented out of whole cloth?
Every indictment of Trump lists a specific law that was violated and includes evidence of why it was violated.
Trump has not been indicted for any crime that others have not been charged with and convicted of.
