Again....if Trump had his way, he would have nullified votes cast by legally registered voters, using official state approved ballots, who were following the rules for voting provided them by the state.

That was Trump's intention with his 90+ lawsuits. He was trying to say "The dropboxes used in Wisconsin were illegal under state law, SO, all of the ballots put in this boxes shouldn't count.

For one simple reason. The courts decided the case, and the candidates accepted the result. That is literally the OPPOSITE of a threat to democracy, regardless of whether we thought the decision was right or not. Holy fuck, your stupidity keeps getting bolder and broader.

Trump was trying to nullify hundreds of thousands, if not millions, a votes. That is significantly different than raising a question about a very small number of ballots that had hanging chads.

Yes, if Trump had his way... He filed all of those lawsuits specifically to get votes nullified. That was what he wanted to happen so that he could win the election.

Again, this wasn't a matter of not certifying the election. This was a matter of Trump trying to use the courts to nullify votes so that he could win states he otherwise would not have won.

Gore wasn't trying to nullify hundreds of thousands of votes. The election was incredibly close and, unfortunately, each recount came back a little bit different. The question of hanging Chad's was a question of what constitutes a vote being made by someone. It was a very, very small number. In Trump's situation, there was no question on who people intended to vote for. Trump just wanted to wipe enough Democrats votes so he could win.
