Why they leave early?

He's not the same person as he was in 2020. Yes, the same tired old phrases now. I don't know if it's because he had to stop taking Adderall, his dementia is getting worse or some combination of age, medication and loss of cognitive skills.
Add Covid brain damage to that.

"We now know that, unfortunately, COVID can damage the brain in many ways. When people first become sick from the virus, they may develop encephalitis — inflammation of the brain — causing confusion, difficulty concentrating, and memory problems. COVID also can trigger the onset of new psychological disorders such as severe depression or anxiety. It can even cause people to become psychotic — to see and hear things that aren't there and to believe things that aren't true. It often damages the brain's autonomic nervous system, leading to abnormalities in heart rate and blood pressure.

Even if people escape brain damage during the initial attack of COVID-19, they remain at considerably greater risk of various brain conditions, including strokes, depression, anxiety, and psychosis for the next several years."

That's a good possibility. He almost died. COVID brain would explain the difference between then and now.

Regardless of the cause, he's clearly unhinged and not the same person he was four years ago.

My mother had that damn Chinese Disease. Spent 3 weeks in the hospital and it damn near killed her (all the while fighting stage 4 cancer).
She made a miraculous recovery, lives alone, takes care of all her bills and balances her own checkbook. Her mind is as sharp as ever. She is 97.

She's lucky. How is her cancer?

Both COVID and cancer affect people differently. The point about Trump being that he's clearly suffered a cognitive decline over the past four years as mentioned above. He repeats himself a lot and is easily distracted. Maybe he only has dementia or even Alzheimer's, but he's definitely suffering cognitive issues.

That's really inspiring. Hoping her strong constitution contributes to maintaining good health.

Don’t know about attendees, but Melina reeked in over $200,000 for her appearance at two events

“Melania Trump has barely been seen on the campaign trail this year. One of the few times she has appeared at a political event, she’s received a six-figure paycheck – a highly unusual move for the spouse of a candidate.”

“The former first lady spoke at two political fundraisers for the Log Cabin Republicans this year, and she was paid $237,500 for an April event, according to former President Donald Trump’s latest financial disclosure form. The payment was listed as a “speaking engagement.” (https://www.cnn.com/2024/09/23/politics/melania-trump-speaking-engagements/index.html)

And that does not even include all the bubble head dolls and such the cult bought afterwards

Notice that everything that is true and disgusting about the Regime gets claimed about Trump and the resistance...this is an attempt to scramble brains....you are to give up trying to figure out what is going on and do as you are told.
