She should be alive today, but the people in charge failed her and she was reduced to a smoking pile of ash on the subway.

Mass. Deportations. Now.

But Trump got rid of him. Where was the border czar the last 4 years?

We both know the answer to that, don't we?

Anyway, the authorities in NYC appear to have known he was there for quite some time, looks like.

Sebastian Zapeta-Calil was flagged in New York in February 2023. He was identified on February 14, 2023, through the New York City Secure Communities program, either via a tip or a local police flag. No arrests or convictions occurred at that time, and he was allowed to remain in the country

The information provided indicates that by April 2023, the individual was residing at a Days Inn hotel on 36th Street, which had been repurposed as a migrant shelter, one of four such tax-funded facilities in New York City.

In May 2023, when he received a transit summons, he listed his address as a shelter on Randall’s Island.

On the morning of the incident, which occurred on a Sunday, he was at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue subway station where he allegedly set a sleeping woman on fire and watched as she burned, leading to her death. This sequence of events is documented in various news reports.

New York City has indicated that it will not honor the immigration detainer request for Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, who is facing subway murder charges. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued a detainer for him, but the NYC Department of Corrections has stated that they will not comply with this request.

@Grok

Someone's ass should be in a sling over this.
Doesn't matter if she was homeless or not.
If it were the Mayor's daughter, I bet all hell would break loose.

A woman was deliberately set on fire while she slept.

Allegedly by a man the authorities KNEW was in the country illegally. (He was in a taxpayer-funded "migrant shelter.)

She was murdered in the most horrific way possible.

Where are all of the Democrat politicians and the usual grifters screaming for "justice"?

Unlike Neely, she was asleep, not threatening anyone, and yet Neely was a poster boy for the left. They considered HIM a victim.

But because Sebastian Zapeta-Calil is an illegal immigrant, I guess its OK to murder American women.

Right, @AOC?

Right, @christiefan915?

BTW, NYC is refusing to honor an ICE detainer on him, even now, according to reports.

Not possible in NY state.

New York state does not have a death penalty. It was abolished in 2004 when the New York Court of Appeals declared the state's death penalty statute unconstitutional. Since then, no efforts to reinstate it have succeeded, and in 2008, Governor David Paterson issued an executive order to disestablish New York's death row

Meanwhile this FEMOCRAT is taking selfies on the subway and taking credit for making them safe...

Guess what?

NYC HORROR AGAIN: A man is in critical condition after a maniac shoved him onto Manhattan subway tracks and hit by a 1 train in a random attack at the 18th Street station Tuesday afternoon.

If the authorities didn't know he returned, ..........Bingo...and there is the problem, there are millions of Zapeta-Calil that have came in under Biden the authorities don't know about

Nobody knows the guy's story yet, including you.....we know he wasn't suppose the be living in NYC in 2024!

the ball was dropped on Bidens watch
One of the problems is people like you who keep repeating without evidence that he came back into the country after Biden took office. He was deported in June 2018. Biden took office in January 2021. Either prove that he returned after January 2021 or keep your trap shut.

Correct, she was set on fire while she was asleep. Yet the pictures we've seen show her standing up right in front of an open subway door, which indicates to me that she was trying to get out before she was overcome. And NOBODY who saw her tried to get her out onto the ground, or threw a coat over her to stifle the flames. This is America today.

Where is your outrage at the people who stood by and let this happen without knowing that it was an illegal migrant who did it? The people who continued going about their business while a woman was burning to death right in front of them? Instead you are all using her death to score political points and it's sickening. But this is America today.

What about all the people murdered by 'Muricans with guns whose names you never seem to care enough about to mention?

You assholes make it sound like illegals are the only ones committing violent crimes, when the truth is that American citizens commit many, many times more violent crimes everyday than any illegal immigrants.

Why do you refuse to talk about that???
