Your president will select a supreme count judge on one issue.

 We all know that's true, but few here will admit it.

Imagine that, a criminal picking his own Judge

Few will admit it because they know the Supreme Court doesn't find anybody guilty or not guilty. Those who do admit it lack knowledge of the judicial process.

That issue is if they promise to find him not guilty in their court. Quality doesn't count. He wants a hater but that's not hard these days but the deciding point is how they will judge him and even if the right found that out to be 100% true , they wouldn't care. They care nothing about democracy. They have no qualms about dictatorship, if it's their dictator. They have totally sold out this great country and got conned by the biggest most obvious con man in history. Reflecting on their lack of intelligence.
So what is that one issue you refer to in the OP?

Trump asks for loyalty. Just like he asked repeatedly from Comey. Like he did when he had his whole cabinet. guys with powerful positions, to each say what a great leader he is and what an honor it was to serve him. That was really sleezy. But Trump wants sycophants by the busload. He wants people to use their power and position to protect Trump. that is all that matters.

It is more than an exaggeration, it is clearly false to think the Supreme Court can declare anyone "not guilty."

Not how it works. They can decide that the president is above the law and does not have to respond to any judicial requests. They can ferret out some constitutional excuse to protect Trumpy from having to answer a warrant and to have ro accept any Mueeler findings. The imperial presidency has been dormant since Nixon. Now it is alive and well .

I'd trade Trump for Nixon in a NY second

That is what I have been saying--it doesn't work that way. Appellate courts don't declare people not guilty. Whether presidents can be indicted is an unanswered question. Justice Department memos in 1973 and 2000 said he cannot. The rulings against Nixon were for the tapes and documents, but did not apply to testimony

If he cannot be indicted he can be impeached. If Congress will not impeach him an indictment (and conviction) is meaningless since it does not remove him from office and he can pardon himself.

"Your president will select a supreme count judge on one issue."

If he's MY President and not YOURS, then I certainly hope he gets what he wants; because he's not YOUR President.

That's not going to happen,no matter who he chooses

It has been argued that the Repubs cannot end Roe. Abortion is a huge subject for lots of Repubs and the reason they vote for them. If they killed Roe, then the single issue voters would look at other things and many woyuld move away due to secondary issues that favor Dems. That is why decades of pronmises with out action.
