In my view both sides are bad, but by degree. Aside from that, one can oppose what Putin and Russia are doing without supporting Ukraine at the same time. I can be against Putin's actions and those of Russia and at the exact same time offer no particular overt support to Zelenski and Ukraine.

It's the myopic idiots that think that this is some all-or-nothing situation. That is, the crazies are the ones saying in effect You are either with us or against us, and if you're against us you deserve some horrible punishment for it.
 
I'm against the slaughter of innocent people for nothing. I suppose that makes me a bad man or whatever, but IDGAF. Zelensky shouldn't be putting them in harm's way and Putin shouldn't be harm's way. :dunno:

You are just begging the question to create a thought terminating cliche. That is, you take what was clearly a generality on my part, turn it into a specific, then claim I'm somehow lying (a form of using the traitorous critic fallacy in itself), to then make a statement designed to end discussion.

This isn't "black and white." It's a shade of grey. Just because you, apparently, unequivocally support Ukraine and are against Russia doesn't make your position the only valid one in this discussion.

So what you are saying is NATO was right in asking the new president to clean up his government and rid them of Russian Operatives before inducting them into NATO.

I don't know. Even Trump himself flip-flopped on Putin and said the invasion was wrong. It's a mystery why the Trumper, or Qanon, JPP members continue to support Putin's invasion and conquest of Ukraine when both Trump and the Republiclan Party do not .
