Illegal aliens are subjects to the jurisdiction of their originating nation ONLY.
Not when they are in the US, at which point they are subject to the jurisdiction of the US.
They are NOT subjects of US jurisdiction!
How do you explain aliens being deported? How do you explain aliens being in court?
The DID violate US law. They are subject to deportation.
Sure, the parents did. The child born in the US did not. As I recall, you are still on tap to articulate what law the child violated.
The child is not the parent's?????????????
Was that too complicated for you? Let me try dumbing down the wording. The child of the parents is a totally different person from either of the parents.
This is where we make the ultra-leap of logic and state that the child is not the parents. If I went to fast, let me know.
The child is of alien enemies.
... but not of hostile occupation. You can't omit that part.

No court has ANY authority over ANY constitution.
The Supreme Court has full authority to try cases involving controversies to which the United States shall be a Party.
US Constitution, Article III. Section. 2.
The judicial Power shall extend to all Cases, in Law and Equity, arising under this Constitution, the Laws of the United States, and Treaties made, or which shall be made, under their Authority;—to all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls;—to all Cases of admiralty and maritime Jurisdiction;—to Controversies to which the United States shall be a Party;—to Controversies between two or more States;— between a State and Citizens of another State,—between Citizens of different States,—between Citizens of the same State claiming Lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof, and foreign States, Citizens or Subjects.
Irrelevant. No court has ANY authority over ANY constitution.

The children are born of alien enemies.
... but not of hostile occupation. You can't omit that part.
They do NOT magickally become citizens just because illegal aliens produced offspring.
... but they do magickally become citizens by the mere fact that the illegal alien parents gave birth to them in the US.
NOTHING in the 14th amendment grants any citizenship to illegal aliens or their offspring.
... except for the 14th Amendment itself, which grants citizenship to all children born in the US, assuming their parents are
not alien enemies
in hostile occupation or diplomatic representatives of a foreign State
You don't seem to have any wiggle room. The Supreme Court is authorized to try cases under Article III, and The Supreme Court already decided this issue in
United States v. Wong Kim Ark. If your hope is that the Supreme Court will not act on precedent and will instead reverse itself, I believe you are setting yourself up with unreasonable expectations. If you believe that the States will take up a Constitutional Amendment, you're going to need to see a whole lot more grass roots movement across the country in addition to just President Trump's wild stab at working a slavery angle.
