You don't need actual name and actual sources. Many MSM stories are from a single source 'under condition of anonymity'. In this instance, corroboration is from the timeline as well as past experience.

There are stories that use anonymous sources. But there are also independent verifications thru other channels most of the time. Without some sort of backup, this is just someone making noise. There is nothing in the past experience that would suggest that things didn't go as the official version said they went.

It is not even close to being evidence. It is unverifiable rumor, at best. Obama is the CIC. He gets credit for the operation he ordered. This article was just a poor attempt to steal that credit.

It is an article, quoting a mystery source, that contradicts every other version of the events. There is no one verifiable fact (of those that contradict the mainline story) in the entire article.
The mainline or official story did not have Obama making a quick decision. He got input from his top people, and then waited until the next day to give the order. And, imo, he gave the right order. Hate him all you want, but if you want to slam him do it with actual facts. There are plenty of those on things he has done wrong. This is just petty bullshit that is seen as just that.
