Alec Baldwin Fired Prop Gun That Killed Halyna Hutchins, Injured Director

Was he the pilot?

Was it human error "accident" or a mechanical issue

HUMAN ERROR......Kim Potter, the Minnesota cop who ""THOUGHT"" she was pointing a Taser at Daunte Wright last year. she by accident pulled her gun and fatally shot him. And it wasn't called an "accident," it was called "first degree manslaughter."

Thank you for agreeing that it was an accident in Alec Baldwin's case.

For what?

"second degree manslaughter."

For that charge he would have to KNOWLY endangered them. He didn't.

Nice try.

The prop people. Wow that was sooooo hard!
Depends on what gun and exactly where Baldwin got the gun. Most likely it the prop guys fault. Its also possible a shell fragment from a blank struck her. That is why we should let a police investigation find out the facts before making assumptions.
