The 'estimation' is largely based on trust of 'self reporting' when the companies are private.

And since Trump is always lying non stop and committing fraud there is no reason to put an ounce of merit on his self reporting. Quite the opposite as we have proof it is ALWAYS wrong by magnitudes.

You have the entire transcript so you can do a very precise analysis of his responses and if you do read it, you will find he is not rambling nor showing any signs of dementia.

Compare that to ANY and ALL recent Trump speeches or interviews where they are undecipherable and go on and on about sharks and electrocution, in what are known signs of dementia rambling, losing trains of thought and going off topic.
