He was not found guilty of rape and a judge does not determine guilt or innocence, the jury does.
In a civil trial, there is no guilty or innocent verdict, it’s liable or not liable and he was not found liable for rape.

A jury found Trump penetrated E Jean, against her will with EITHER his finger or penis but because NYS law, almost uniquely in the country requires certainty of penis for a Rape finding they had to find Sexual Assault. Almost anywhere else in the country that distinction does not matter and it is rape.
Secondary to that, in Trumps appeal, a Judge determined and made a binding legal finding that Trump did indeed RAPE E Jean and that finding is one we can all cite and Trump can never sue and win against anyone who calls him rapist.
Why, Earl, you seem to think the above is a win for Trump, just because those are civil court findings says a lot about you.

When I worked for the VA Hospital in Dallas it was a huge sprawling 1000 bed hospital and research facility. It had multiple buildings and floors. The 4th floor was an Alzheimer's unit. It was not uncommon to find a patient with a sign on his back that said "If lost please return to 4th floor building A. " That is where Dementia Joe is heading.
