This was a 10 year old child so should have been handled differently... As with any incident involving a minor... Parents have to be responsible for what happens to their children... I do agree that there are problems with the system in general but when it comes to a child... Details should have never been released until everything was verified... So that Justice would be served... Instead look what it turned into by allowing it to go international... Never let a good tragedy to waste... And this surely was a tragedy...
